All prices listed are priced as "cash with order". Cash means a company check, money order, bank draft or VISA/Master Card/Discover/American Express (We cannot accept international credit cards). Check may delay shipment 14 days for bank clearing time. Government agencies (NET 30). A monthly late charge of 1.5% will be charged for all past due accounts.

Pricing and Product Specifications:

Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice and may have typographical errors. The customer must assume the responsibility of asking Light Theatrics to verify selling prices and product specifications. Light Theatrics is not liable for costs or damages due to errors in product specifications. Special prices may be limited to certain merchandise and quantities in stock.

Warranty:

Light Theatrics LLC gives no warranty for any merchandise sold. All warranties are with the manufacturers.

Payment Processing:

Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time an order is placed.

Refunds:

In the case of order cancellation; refunds or merchandise credits will be made within 3 days of written request, only for cancelled and unshipped merchandise. These returned funds may take up to 7 days to show up on credit card accounts.

Returns

We are here to answer any questions you might have before a purchase. All items have different return policies according to the manufacturers. Most charge a 25% restocking Fee plus the original shipping costs for items unopened. Manufacturers will not accept returns for used items. Return Authorization numbers are required for all returns.

Note: Truss, Rigging, Gobos, Fluids and Customized supplies are non returnable
